Editorial and testing policy
NadeNerd publishes practical CS2 lineup guidance under the accountable organizational author name “NadeNerd.” We do not invent individual writers, reviewers, credentials or hands-on tests.
Who is responsible for the guides?
NadeNerd is the organization that builds and maintains the lineup library and its guide content. The current pages do not name an individual reviewer because no public individual byline was supplied. Organizational authorship is used transparently instead of presenting a role label as a person.
How are claims sourced?
Mutable claims about Counter-Strike 2 input, maps, grenade behavior and official-server policy should link to an exact Valve release note near the claim. Stable workflow recommendations are labeled as NadeNerd editorial guidance. Learning and memory claims use original research or a clearly identified research source.
The main primary source for game changes is the official Counter-Strike 2 news hub.
What does “tested” mean?
A guide may say a specific throw or command was tested only when it was reproduced in the named CS2 build and the page records the test date. “Reviewed” means the page, links and wording were manually checked; it does not mean every gameplay instruction was run in an installed game. The current general guides do not claim original in-game testing.
How are dates and corrections handled?
Published dates mark first publication. Updated dates change only after a material manual review; they are not generated on every request. When a Valve update changes a documented behavior, NadeNerd should update the affected claim, its source and the page date together.
To report an incorrect command, broken lineup or unclear instruction, use the NadeNerd Discord and include the guide URL and current game version.
